We're Back
We suffered a server crash earlier this week. Now we're back.
The database has been restored from an August 21 backup, so nearly all of the past postings have been recovered.

I talked to Typepad again. It seems the easiest resolution is for AustinBloggers allow more verification time. Does this have a detrimental effect that I'm not aware of?
It doesn't seem that Typepad can slow it's servers to allow bots, which would affect tens of thousands of their bloggers. It seems like a win-win would be to perhaps allow 30 seconds for the bots to find the post, correct? This isn't an issue on other metablogs and I'm disappointed that Typepad users from Austin can't po
